Well it was was the Riverine 10k this morning for 14 of us.Firstly must congratulate Seamus o Donnell who ran a fantastic time of 36.28 and to add to that picked up 3rd place in his catergorie as well as being 14th overall in a very classy field and also had the bonus of a pb to boot.I think my next mention has to be all those that were debutants to the distance and ran fantastically Kevin Kelly 50.50 Paula Donaghy 52.13 MaryHarper Cork 55.28 and finally Lynn Parke 53.08!!Great times from all of you in your first ever 10k!!!The rest of the group also had fantastic runs and many recorded pbs James Green 44.48 Paddy Gildea 46.48 Irene Mc Nulty 54.18 Veronica Kilpatrick 55.28 Kay Bonner 59.33 Martina Grant 59.48 Dolina Laird 59.54!!!
