Well last evening my daughter calls me crying because they just had to transport the wee man over to the NICU at Wilson because his tiny heart isnt stabilizing due to all the magnesium sulfate mom had while in labor for her BP. I stayed and sat with our baby for a couple hours and we talked, ate (he did, 20 mls!), then like the man he is, he fell asleep ;) .. So I cupped my hands around his little head and bottom and feets, and he stopped jumping at every noise around him. I stayed a couple hours talking to his nurse about what they were doing, expecting, and asked her questions. Then finally a PA came in and we talked a little before she was interrupted by her beeper. But people, my little grandson is 3 days old and now in NICU to stabilize him and his tiny heart. He needs all the thoughts and prayers he can get right now. As of last night nobody but mom has been able to hold him yet and she has fed him. I hope today we can so he can get some real love. Ill bet he stabilizes then!! Keep praying people. Hes gotten this far with your help!!
