Well, last night or this morning at 2:30 am....I went to let Toto out and fell on my knee and arm on our concrete floor on the backporch. My shoulder has hurt me all day and I could not move it much. It hurt to get dressed this morning, to brush my hair, etc. I went to the ER right after school on Ft Riley and after a 3+ hour wait, I have a sprained shoulder. I was given ibuprofen, Tylenol, and a muscle relaxer. Soooo...if you come into the office tomorrow and I am asleep, it is from the muscle relaxer.
