Im not surprised. 4 people DID like it in the half hour it was there. Now he is trying to make political capital from the fact that a bill to pay the vets is sitting on Harry Rieds desk. These weasels are trying to pick and choose what they fund and thus circumvent the entire system of checks and balances built into the Constitution.
