Well new day, hands sore and slight infection but getting antibiotics stat. Can bend so not as stiff and ibuprofen rocks! Cardio will be on the agenda today and clean eating of course. Some errands to run and chores but happy and blessed with life as yesterday could have been much worse. Pain seems to be something i deal with often so this is just another test to overcome and when I collect my hardware in November I can look back and once again say another hurdle I cleared on the road of adversity!!!
