Well, our last fundraising event took place today and I can honestly say our account is looking nice and healthy. Thank you to everyone who helped out today. Once I finalise the Entertainment Book account we will have our Grand Total, bearing in mind we have expenses to come out of that. To put you in the picture, our Formal is costing: - Formal food approx $12,000 - Surfhouse hire $1000 - Photographer $1600 - Decoration Hire and setup approx $1300 - Bond for Surfhouse in case of damage $1000 (we get this back if no damages) The ONLY thing that you are paying for is the food so you can see where all your fundraising money has gone to. Without that your formal would have cost you approx $120. :)
