Well thanks to the incompetence at the #CityofCrystalRiver water department SHoS is without water. Weve been here since September but they couldnt find the paperwork we filled out to get the water turned on way back when. We had City of Lakeland fax paperwork to wave the deposit and were told we were all set. So I get here this afternoon and the water is off and a lock is on the meter. I called and ran up to now pay the deposit and a connection fee. But the earliest the water can be turned on is tomorrow. Wonderful I have all 3 dogs. But wait the best yet. Ann called me on my cell before I could even get out of the parking lot. Guess what? You got it she find the original paperwork. I had to ask her before she got off the phone if anyone had ever heard of a phone or email or letter to contact the customer before they lock up the meter? Or how about just putting the deposit and connection fee on the bill. FYI our water bill came last week and the payment cleared the bank today.
