Well the sun is shining, the birds are singing and the hens have managed to shove out enough eggs for our breakfast! Chris was up early doing her Qi Gong practice and scared the shit out of Nessidog with this hissy tigger move shes learned. So a bit of gentle chanting was called for to still the beasts- and me. Im working with the EFT tapping combined with other stuff at the moment (chanting, Yoga) and its really powerful. Got a couple coming for Reiki with Chris and I this morning (Twogether Reiki?) then off to Sprout for lunch. Not been there for ages and very much looking forward! Cleaning jobs this afternoon then off up to Lancaster to celebrate a lovely ladys birthday. Birthday presents requested are a random act of kindness which I think is just the most beautiful thing to do! Tomorrow were going to Gorton Monestary with our lovely bing-bong friend so a weekend of being in positive places with special people- thank-you, thank-you, thank-you! So needed and so very appreciated. Xxx
