Well theres yet another hour gone out of my life and all Verizon can do is offer to send me the SAME phone and a promise that a software update from LG is imminent even though when we talked to LG rep she was completely unaware of the problem. [sigh] At first I said no about having them send me yet another phone, but after thinking about it and how badly I want to screw them over Ive decided to let them keep sending me bad phones (no cost to me and at least they work on average a week) and as they break down Ill keep having them send me new ones. Little do they know I can play this game forever! Lets see who screams first, shall we?!!
