Well, tonight was the final straw. We went to Hurricane Grill & Wings and the experience was AWFUL! The restaurant is close to home and we actually enjoy the food, BUT over the last couple of months, we have gone there several times and the kitchen has reached EPIC SLOWNESS! Over 35 minutes wait for our food to be delivered. The place had many empty tables on a Tuesday night. I spoke to a "visiting" manager who (without offering his name) explained that he was "just helping out". The General Manager, Rob Green, was supposedly "in the kitchen working hard" and when he did appear, he spoke to a couple of other tables (who were also complaining about the horribly slow service) but bypassed us completely. Needless to say, we will NOT return to Hurricane Grill & Wings. They have completely lost my business.
