Well, we are back online after a few days of frustration. Went from Time-Warner cable to Verizon wireless a few days ago, due to a big rate increase from cable. I called the verizon #, talked to a rep, and asked if we would need to buy any special equipment for this, and she said no, we send you everything you need. She didnt know that some of us are using computers that are over a year old, so we had to go buy wireless adaptors. The first ones we bought were slower than dial-up, so had to go back and get the expensive ones, then program the computers to learn two new things. Childs play, right? Not for this dummy. But after running out of mistakes, we are back on. I guess there are only so many mistakes you can make before the computer gives up in disgust and puts you on anyway.
