Well what a day weve had (: Its been a terrific thursday! Another day with no aggressions! WOO HOO! Tonight was a pretty big deal. You see, I have never been able to visit Tys school really. Well any school hes been to. Its always ended badly. A meltdown here, a dramatizing visit there. So open house night we didnt make it to them often. Not that open house is a huge deal or a must go to but its something weve always seemed to miss out on. This evening at dinner I asked Ty if we could go to his school. He says no no no no! He was not having it, not even going to consider it. I asked him to calm down and listen. I asked him if he wanted to show sissy, mommy and daddy his classroom? He then became very excited and was all for us going. Something so simple as explaining to him before we went (: I couldnt believe how excited he was to show us everything. He ran into his classroom and showed me his schedule, his snacks, his desk, and the gym. He kind of went into a sensory overload and had an extreme case of the giggles. We only made it there for about 20 minutes but that was the most awesome 20 minutes (: Seeing how much he loves school and his teachers. Seeing his smile as he was showing me around. I loved it! I was so proud of him tonight. I cant believe how fast my little boy is growing up.
