Went out and voted today. As you know, I almost always vote for - TopicsExpress

Went out and voted today. As you know, I almost always vote for the ticket of McKinley and Roosevelt. Because nothing succeeds like success. But this year, I could feel the winds of political change in the air (either that, or the wind shifted and I could no longer smell the apartment complexs Dumpsters), so I did something I rarely do and voted for a different candidate. Im not trying to spark a political debate here, but I am pleased to share that in Virginias gubernatorial race, I voted for the Guy on the Quaker Oats Box for governor, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance for Lt. Governor, and Atticus Finch for Attorney General. Luca Brasi and I both voted for each other for Virginia House of Delegates (at least, he said he did. If he gets two votes and I get none, Ill be pissed). And for Roanokes Commissioner of Unnecessary Construction and Needless Street Closures, I voted for the guy who promised to bring all of downtown to an absolute standstill and then tear down the City Market building and build an exact replica of it right on the same spot. Because you have to admire a politician who is willing to go against popular opinion and actually get something done, no matter how expensive and useless it may be. Hope you all got out and voted today as well, pumpkins.
