Went to McDonalds to treat myself to an ice cream cone. I see this guy just sitting on the side of the drive thru - not begging or harassing anyone but obviously in need and hungry... I couldnt walk away. I walked up to him and asked if he wanted something to eat - he readily said yes and specified coffee. Got him a meal and went in my car trunk and gave him a box of Girl Scout cookies as well. He was so grateful....Sitting in my car... I can barely see as I type... My tears are flowing so hard.. I too went hungry... I too begged... Many of you dont know that about me... Im not ashamed it was a 100 lifetimes ago... And helped firm me into who I am today.. Dont just walk by... Remember, There but for the grace of God
