Were a bit nervous about posting our previous fatness but were so pleased with our results that we have to share with you! Drum roll please... My results = a total loss of 7lbs and 14 inches!!! The dress Im wearing in the after pic was too tight to wear when I started the cleanse and now it fits đ! Im so pleased!!I have a target of losing a bit more weight in the next couple of weeks by continuing with yeh aloe gel and supplements alongside exercise and healthy eating and will keep you updated with my progress. My hubby Salims results Are.... Total loss = 12lbs and 9 inches!! Salim feels great! He had a knee operation in just under 3 weeks and will be immobile for 6 weeks. No driving, no exercising, nothing. He wanted to get healthy before his op and into good habits now, so that he doesnt pile on weight in his recovery!
