Weve been in the car for almost 2 hours heading for the big city, I havent raised my voice once, I havent turned the music down or wanted to due to the absence of frozen, weve conversation without interruption and enjoyed some nice silences. My footwell is my own as my bags are happily on the back seat. Whod of thought driving could be such a pleasant experience. With the lack of mouths to feed we went upmarket & grabbed food from Burger King, along with some free knifes and forks from the cutlery station (got a plan for them!) & a handful of chocolate sprinkle sachets from the Costa cart to take home for the kids. Under the cover of darkness Mr FD & I are going Boris Biking to take in the sights of London Town until the sun comes up :-) just gotta ensure I stay on the bike as I wouldnt want grazed knees accompanying my dress tomorrow.... Missing the babies, just a little.
