What I am about to print is a bit frightening, but it is an example of things which could (and most likely will) occur during the days ahead amen? This here is an example of what happens when an individual, a system or even so much as a nation or nations mock or say that there is no God okay? Taken from The Great Controversy: Terror And Retribution In France: Any man who hurts His two witnesses, it says, would have fire proceed from their mouths and it would devour their enemies, and if any man hurt them, he should be killed in the same way. (Revelation 11:5) Amen to that? We cannot with impuntiy trample upon His Holy Word amen? The meaning of this fearful denunciation is set forth in Revelations closing chapter: I testify unto every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things then God will add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: and if any man shall take away from the words of this book then God shall take away his part out of the Book Of Life and out of the Holy City and from all things that are written in this book. Revelation 22: 18 and 19. Sobering thought isnt it? God therefore warns us all about such things doesnt he. Are we allowed to change His Word to however we want? It the Bible just another book? Can we just think that we can live however we want without any impunity or regards for ourselves or others? Or is there coming for all of us a Judgment Day in which we all will have to stand before His Judgment Seat and answer for what we have done in this life? And if so, is there a way out of it and to be covered by Him and be His friends instead of His enemies? Simply put, we all have choices dont we? We are all free moral agents amen? So then, what do we do? Well, let us look look further into how France reacted during the French Revolution amen? First off, should not all of this cause us to fear and tremble before the Almighty God? And do so with respect and obedience unto Him? Self-exaltation has no place in His kingdom does it? France during a period of the late 1700s did such things. It was a very foolish and stupid thing for them to do to try and test God wasnt it? They were called a beast that ascended up out of a bottomless pit They were compared to Sodom and Egypt--and we all know how wicked that they were dont we? That paints a very frightening picture of France doesnt it? They mocked God to the points that that they mocked Him, shook their hands and fists in His face, and even laughed, joked and made fun of the Almighty God. Oh what a foolish thing to do wasnt it? Little did they know the whole you reap what you sow was going to come back to haunt them. And what happened after that? We shall see.
