What a day! Perfect weather for the 5k and Spring Street Fair, and the list of wonderful helpers who made the day possible is endless. Neil Hume, Angela Hynek, Jay Weinberg, and the rest of the 5k volunteers were absolute lifesavers and worked tirelessly to make the 5k such a success. Sandi Cacae had the brilliant idea to have the Superhero Kids Races -- with comic books! Peter Bilton organized a wonderful bike rodeo for the kids. Jenni Chapman and the rest of the Main Street board worked the Main Street table and talked to fair-goers to promote all of the great things Main Street does. Jon Horowitz organized a wonderful art zone outside of our offices. HPs police, public works, rescue squad, and fire departments worked overtime to help make these events possible. And last but definitely not least, our wonderful staff Kim Vanarthos and Shannon OConnor broke their backs these past few weeks to make it all come together so beautifully. Thank you to all of you, as well everyone who came downtown to support these events today! We do it all for you!
