What a very productive week, first I Listed a Gorgeous Stoneybrook Rental and then accepted and approved a wonderful family today who is moving in in April, secondly. I submitted an offer and got it accepted for a another wonderful family looking for property in East Orlando, and Lastly, I listed a beautiful townhome yesterday in East Orlando in which my seller accepted an offer Today.... only 1 day on the market... God is good. Did i forget to mention I was on a staycation the first part of the week!!!!!!!! I dont know how it all got done, but it did!!!!!!!
