What about humungous amount of wealth lying in Swiss accounts? Where is the wealth found in Shri Padmanabh temple of Kerala. The Swiss bank wealth does not belong to Aam Admi or even Industrial houses which may prefer to invest it in business. How come a illiterate horse breeder from Pune has more wealth then most Industrialist. As per Adam Smith the father of modern economics explained in early nineteen century vide his famous book ( Wealth of Nations) that there are only two wealth producing activities on earth . One is agriculture and other one is manufacturing. Rest all are tertiary activities depending on these two. This still holds good and will remain so for ever.The problem is if the people not producing any wealth are acquiring huge amount of paper money by hook or by crook then as a result nation as a whole we have already started going down. I wont be surprised if US $ touches 100 Rs mark. I remember as junior engineer in merchant Navy I could buy 3 plots in Indore in the year 1978 and now after 36 years of service ( Out of which 25 years as Chief Engineer in American and Danish company earning wages in US$) it will take me three years to buy one decent plot in a city like Indore. My friends unless individual efforts, enterprise and hard work is not rewarded properly by way of not only monitory compensation but also social recognition the situation will not improve. I had seen hope in the movements of Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejriwal but it appears that they have been successfully suppressed.
