What have I done today well I have spent the morning sorting my wardrobe out so now all my XL and some L clothes are bagged up as they no longer fit me no I don’t need to go shopping for a new wardrobe as what I have done is get my old L & M clothes out and hung them back up as they now fit me again but soon all the large sizes will have to join the XL sizes in the bag as I have not yet reached my target weight but I am half way there am I proud of myself you bet I am
