What in the name that is all holy is going on at the Oneida Post Office? I mailed out our marriage certificate last Sunday night right at the post office and the City Clerks Office hasnt received it yet! Its 2 blocks from the post office for crying out loud! Steves mother mailed out a payment and it took the recipient 17 days to get it. (Also mailed to an Oneida address). Damn incompetent fools!
