What the heck is the deal with pro-GMO, science enthusiasts claiming that GE foods are safe for human consumption because there is no proof that suggests they are harmful in any way? Isnt that method of thinking exactly the opposite of scientific? Because no one has dropped dead mid-study, they pose no danger, I suppose. Where is the curiosity? Where is the desire to learn more? Are we so pro-technology that science has become support everything that scientists do, dont ask questions!? Despite what anyone says, we are living in an anti-science culture. We are very pro-technological advances but seriously anti-science.
