When I purchased this cue, many people asked me if it was for sale, but I was pretty adamant on selling it. Today, Im ready to let this 1 of 1 uniquely designed cue by Joel Davidas out for sale because it has been in the case for too long and it deserves a better owner. Cue specifications: Forearm: I believe one of the most striking features of the cue as many of you all have seen is the forearm and I can firmly say that Joel did a remarkable job with the inlays. It was something new he is exposed to dealing with the swirls but the inlays were nicely spaced and the points are very much even. I was pretty surprised Joel added a touch of silver at the centre of the connecting cocobolo accents! Couldnt really capture them during the building phase Filipino Ebony, 8 Ivorine Diamond Inlays (top), Ivorine Swirls, Coobolo Accent, 16 Ivorine Notched Diamond Inlays, Silver Inlays Handle: Another prominent feature of the cue is the ambonya handle. Its certainly not easy to find such a well figured burl and segmenting the handle this way. The centre Ivorine Crosses are nothing short of perfect in terms of construction and position. Ambonya Burl, SS Ring, 4 Ivorine Cross Inlays, SS Ring Ringwork A,B,D,E position: A job well done at the rings, spacing between the Ivorine and the ebony is well proportioned to accentuate and complement the general outlook of the cue at the same time. 8 Mother of Pearl Inlays per ring, with SS Ring connecting each Inlay Butt Sleeve: Astounding attention to detail here, with the cocobolo arrows and the boundaries are equally spaced as well with the Ivorine cross. The lazy S inlays.... Simply love them.
