When im in a good cell-signal area I use my normal browser (Chrome). When im in a location with low amount of cell signal bars, i have a mini-browser I use with the picture/graphics loading turned off in the settings. This makes my pages load much faster. Most of what makes pages load slowly is loading graphics and pictures. If you want to copy me, the browser i use is UC Mini. Alternate browsers are Opera Mini and Dolphin Mini. Its important that you see mini in the browser name...
