When iniquity sets in, (the desires for that which has caused you to continually fall back into reoccurring sin) bring immediately to memory the end result of regret that always follows the sin itself. Then diligently pray as if your life depends on it for The Lord to remove the wicked desire from your heart. By yourself you may be able to will yourself not to sin for a while, but thats like treating an illness without ever being fully cured. Eventually its going to flare up into another sin outbreak. Iniquity is merely a spiritual viral infection that can only be permanently removed by the skillful hand of the one and only Physician that is qualified to destroy it for good. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Lord Jesus. I thank You that You were willing to endure the unimaginable torment and suffering that I am rightly deserving of. Even knowing that there was a possibility that Id never acknowledge Your sacrifice or even express my gratitude for what You were subjected to on my behalf, You selflessly provided a way of salvation for my wicked and undeserving soul through Your own death. Lord, I now realize that whenever I willfully sin against the God of heaven which I claim to love with all my heart, I am literally one of those who stood by consenting to your crucifixion. Forgive me Lord! Please help me to learn to Love You and our Father God as I should. I submit my heart and all of its secrets to the will of The Holy Spirit, to be fully examined by Him. No more secrets Lord. Im tired of running. Tired of hiding what is as evident to You as the light of day is to me. Take this heart of stone and give me a new one of flesh. One that loves selflessly and desires only to please The Lord God and to serve others. I declare right now that my life is yours to do with it what you will. No matter how much I may kick and scream against whatever the process may require for You to get me where I need to be, DO NOT STOP DOING WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO SAVE MY SOUL!!! To You be the honor, and the glory and the majesty both now and forever. Amen.
