When we point to the fact that it is anti-constitutional coup, they tell us that there is not an armed seizure of power, this is a revolution. And if it is a revolution. What is it then? I find it difficult not to agree with experts who believe that in this territory there is a new state. Likewise also as it was after the collapse of the Russian Empire after the 1917 revolution, there is a new state. And in respect of that state, no binding documents were signed, - Vladimir Putin. I watch as US and EU will react to Crimea Referendum, with Russia in support of it and already vetoed UN resolution on it and China remains on the sidelines.
