When you are hiring guest service employees keep in mind they can make or break your business. The success of your business rests on their shoulders... best remember that. If you pay shit wages dont be surprised when you get shit employees. I know that the more money I get paid the more I care about keeping the job. 5 guys was not paying me enough so I quit and yelled at the manager in front of every one guests included. Did I do that for sodexo? Oh hell no! They did not pay me much but for the work I was doing and the hours I had it was enough. They took care of me so I took care of them. You scratch my back and I will scratch yours. My current job so far is taking care of me so long as they keep it up I will keep taking care of them.
