When you believe and imagine good thoughts, you are exercising your brains and heart to have real JOY and PEACE. Even if you are so tempted to get upset for one to two minutes (Lol like me 3min TOPS lol) step on brakes and shift gears then accelerate drive faster away from situations upsetting you and "RUN YOUR OWN RACE" Honestly, hate you feel towards others is "for real" you hating yourselves. You compare yourselves to others and whenever you feel they got what you want you start to imagine hate and dislike until you have hate rooted in your heart without knowing the main problem is YOU!!!
