Whenever we judge anyone in any way, let us remember to add three powerful words at the end: just like me. Examples: She is so selfish...just like me. He is always complaining...just like me. She is so generous...just like me. He is so wise...just like me.... This affirms the mirror like nature of our consciousness, for we only see in others a reflection of our thoughts in the moment. In doing so it releases the charge around the judgement and does not allow either superiority or inferiority an opportunity to take root in our consciousness......
