Which intelligence agency among the DSS,DMI and CIB is directly leading and coordinating the intelligence activities in the war against Boko haram? Is there any collaboration or cooperation among these agencies? How come the DSS detains suspects, the Police detains suspects and the army also detains suspects !!! Does the DMI/DIA report to the NSA?? Does the CIB report to the NSA? What is really lacking about the war against Boko haram is quality intelligence. There is nothing that says that it is getting better. It is still much on politics and less on positive action.
