While I am not a proponent of black Friday, I confess to going out at 11 pm to the Best Buy in Killeen, Texas in pursuit of a Surface Tablet on sale for $199. I had previously purchased one, complete with keyboard, for Rosita for $600 when they first came out so I figured it was a good deal. The good news is that by then there were no lines to get in and I was able to find the tablet and purchase hassle free within 10 minutes. The you dummy news is that when I got back home, out of curiosity, I went on line to check out some info on the surface features and there was the exact same tablet on the Microsoft website for, you got it, $199. So much for black Friday specials. Moral: Do you your online research. Wishing everyone a blessed black Friday adventure. Safe travels to all.
