While Steve Jobs is not the ideal leader in some respects, he again and again exemplified the ability to create vision, something powerful leaders do well. I stumbled across this video today. Amazing first how he was able to pause before reacting. He took time to take a breath and then didnt take the question from the heckler personally. He stayed on track with spreading the vision. Powerful demonstration of emotional intelligence in leadership.
