While in the parking garage in atl station today, I witnessed a car hitting another while trying to park. There was nobody in the car they hit, so the couple who hit the parked car, got out, saw that they really caused some major damage, then tried to get back in their car and drive off and park in a different spot. When they drove off, i snapped a picture of their license plate. I think they saw me. So eventually they walked back over and left a note on the car with just a phone number. Anyway, it just so happened that out of the thousands of people who were in atl station today, when we were leaving about an hour later, the owner of the car that got hit was just about to drive off. I ran and waved her down, and told her that I had a photo of the guy that hit her car. She didnt even realize somebody hit it until she got out and looked. She was devastated. I texted her the photo and video i had, just incase the person left a fake number or something. I just know if someone witnessed another hitting MY car, I would definitely want somebody to do the same for me. #ijs
