Who do you know who is a troubleshooting tech genius? Someone who can handle a multitude of miscellaneous tech issues that inevitably arise from time to time? So far when tech issues arise, I stumble through them myself -- obviously not the best use of my time, I just dont know who to turn to at this point. I usually figure them out, yet often it involves being on the phone with the hosting company for an hour, or I rig up a temporary fix until I can give it the attention it deserves, and many times these things just get procrastinated because the tech gremlins do not consult my calendar before deciding to go wonky! Examples of what Im talking about: * A web form stops working randomly (people are filling it out and the responses never show up in our email) * Hosting company upgrades the server and something on the site starts acting funny * WordPress plugin update makes the site act funny and we have to turn each plugin off and then on to figure out which one is the culprit * Email goes down * Site gets hacked because an old WP theme had a security flaw and it affects all the rest of the sites too * Timetrade calendar not showing any appointments even though there are time slots designated * Setting up a podcast (followed all the steps and it wont accept the feed for some reason)... just need to get this baby up on iTunes Ohhhh it would be so nice to have a go-to person to pass these things along to, who just loves to solve tech problems and make things go! Where are you, tech hero?
