Why SoMoKe / CoBhAp oppose publicizing ALL land-ownership records in Delhi? . One of the Right to Recall Group proposal which gives hypothermia to SoMoKe in Rajathsni sumer and makes them sweat in Kashmiri winter is ---- put the names of ALL land-owners and flat owners on net along with their holdings details. And if a plot is owned by company / trust then put the names of the owners and trustees on net as well. . The proposal is widely supported by almost all committed members of CoBhAp . But most CoBhAp members still oppose it when asked. Why? . First lets see why SoMoKe oppose this proposal. Sonia Gandhi owns land worth over Rs 5000 crore in via charitable trusts in Delhi alone !!! And multiply by 10 or 15 for all India estimate. She has lot to lose if this information becomes public. So she opposed this RRG proposal. . But does NaMo oppose this proposal? NaMo doesnt have any such land. In fact, NaMo has no trust, no company and only land he owns is 1-2 homes that he bought with his own white money. So why should NaMo fear the proposal that all land ownerships be made public? Because over 80% BJP leaders , like their brothers in Congress, are land mafia !!! So if NaMo tries to propose this law, then within hours they will get NaMo expelled. . Now lets finally come to our new anti-corruption hero namely Lord ArKe. Why is he scared of making all land ownership record public? He doesnt own much land. Most of AAPians except Prashant Bhushan arent wealthy beyond 1-2 flats. So what does he worry about? Well, who the hell is paying all these paid-journalists to print pictures and statements of ArKe? Who the hell is paying all these paid-TV-channel-journalist to show 1 hour long interview of ArKe? MDTV charges Rs 15 lakh for a 30 minute interview, that too wholesale rate. KalTak charges 3 times more. The most read English magazine IndiaTomorrow charges Rs 25 lakh for a 2 page story , and add Rs 50 lakhs if you want picture in front pages. Even less read magazine like FrontCircle charges no less than Rs 10 lakh per page of news to cover ArKe / SAAP. All this money to cover ArKe / SAAP comes from MNC-owners and Missionaries. And they are twice bigger land owners than BJP and Congress !!! . IOW, the men who pay the paidmedia to cover the leader will decide what law-draft the leader will propose. The reason why myself and my colleagues at Right to Recall are able to propose and inform voters and activists about such law-drafts are because our media coverage is paid by us only. We use our own hard earn money to give OFFICIAL newspaper advertisements. We dont depend on MNC-owners payments to paidmedia to cover us. And so we can draft and publcizie such proposals. . Now finally, lets come to CoBhAp-workers. Most CoBhAp members see that publicizing land records will reduce land mafiagiri as well as black wealth. But they oppose this proposal, Why?
