Why am i not losing weight? Is the question lot of people face. Usually this is the answer i give them - When you are looking at getting Results in Weight Loss. The aim itself is unhealthy. Men and Woman gain fat in a different way and it differs even further in each. The fat composition is also different in Men and woman. Hence the approach, training and nutrition will be different. For every individual the approach, training and nutrition changes as per the dominating hormonal influences you have in your body. Finding these hormonal domination and making the necessary Lifestyle changes and Nutrition changes is important. Few may get results few may not. You will always have a plateau phase or a phase where your body stops responding. Generally this happens after few weeks of exercise initiation. Understanding, Aiming in right direction and Personalised planning is the key to getting Results you expect.
