Why do I not tell my MBTI, my Sociotype and my Enneagram? Its very simple. When I joined the INTP group I said I was INFJ, everybody was a 100% sure I was INFJ and nobody ever questioned my type, they related to me accordingly and everything was fine. Then a few weeks later I said I wad ESFj, the initial reaction was disbelief, then the idea sinked in, people I had related very well with until that moment developed some sort of hostility, others started some sort of anti-Fe crusade, only a few decided to investigate the type better and actually worked on getting rid of bias and typicism. If I dont tell my type what I say is neutral. If I tell my type what I say is filtered via bias, stereotype and blind belief. What Im trying to do here is to share what I know, I prefer being judged by that. Those who will read and watch me only with the intent of typing me were not interested in what I have to say in the first place. Im probably one of those people mostly attached to my Sociotype and Im extremely fond of Socionics, now and then my Sociotype leaks in my writings. But thats everything Im going to do about it.
