Why does it seem like more people hate hearingconstructive criticism (you know the kind that should help you get better at what you do)? I mean if it comes from someone that is a friend, loves you, and has your best interest at heart shouldnt you be able to TAKE IT FROM THEM without trying to take their head off because you didnt want to hear about areas you need to improve in our work on? Who cares if the friend didnt tell it to you with eloquent speech and the correct demeanor to stop your defense button from going off. If they tell you in love and they are your friend then you should be able to receive it and understand that it is to make you better overall. None of us are perfect (if we were then we all would be JESUS) so we all can use some constructive criticism every now and then. I thought only babies cried when they didnt get their way. Cant you have a MATURE conversation with a person without yelling, cussing, chewing you out for telling them what they didnt want to hear??? #manupshutuplistenupandgrowup
