Why the changes in schedule? This is a question Ive heard quite a bit, even from our trainers. I apologize for us not communicating it better, we are still learning how to raise this baby of ours too. The Personal groups worked well, but they were lacking in the one thing that makes CrossFit different, the relationships. Sure we loved our little groups and felt safe and secure in them, but there is so much more to be given, to you! Our biggest value to you is relationships. Without them, were just like gym in town. Heres the way I see it; my family likes to sit around the living room and watch movies with our TV trays. This is most often what we call family time. Its good, its fun, and were together. But move us 10 feet across the room to the dinner table where we sit with each other, and thats real family time. They both work, but one lets me interact face to face and share far more than the other. The PT had become TV trays, and I want to sit at the dinner table. The greatest value CrossFit can offer is its relationships through community. We will hold your hand and support you as you go to Coach (??) class and are concerned they arent going to take care of you like your trainer did. Funny thing is, the other Coachs trainees feel the same way too. Everyday we try to teach something new or make something better with your health, we want to do it with your lives too.
