Why would John Banks whisper to Kim Dotcom that he wouldnt be able to help him in the future if the donations werent anon if, at that time, John Banks was unaware of Dotcoms background? It appears to me that that testimony by Mona, Dotcom and Tempero was made by someone taking money from someone he knew to be crooked. Nobody knew in 2010 that Kim Dotcom was wanted by the Feds, nobody suspected how much he was worth or that his money was coming from illicit internet shenanigans. Many people, especially Dotcom supporters still deny that he got his money illegally, so why would John Banks say that? Because he did not is the most likely answer. Hearing that evidence in court, it sounded contrived, thinking about it after a judge says its more believable than the evidence of Banksies wife Amanda gives me the shivers.
