Wishes to share some of my ridiculous views on the current hot-critique-controversial issue about the agreement made between Cambodian and Australian governments. 1- I dont really buy in this agreement of the two governments, yet I am not against with it as long as it is based on the standard of law and mutual and fair agreement. 2- This might be a ridiculous one. Recently, we all noticed that some NGOs, scholars, students and other concerning individuals shout out loud criticizing on the decision which has already made between the two states and to some extend many of them realized that the agreement shall not be changed or cancelled by both Govts, but still insist to speak those critiques out continuously for a hope of change of the most-likely unchangeable decision, not to mention as a 100% stand. To this stage, I personally think it may be a bit better for those NGOs, scholars and affiliated parties or individuals pause their critical critiques for a while and return their positions to agree with the two Govts to a disagreement. Well, what I mean is that by not criticizing on the wont-be-change decision (as we all know its obvious that both governments will never change their decision though a ton of criticisms are put on their heads), we could in contrast offer some sorts of solutions or recommendations to both governments on the transparency in sending those refugees and making sure they (the refugees) are not being forced to come to Cambodia; how to financially and technically manage or control the coming refugees more effectively and efficiently with respect to the rights of the refugees; and other preventable mechanisms from unforeseeable problems of which they (NGOs, scholars and affiliated groups) have predicted or analyzed for both governments to take into their account in advance before operating this mission. These are just a piece of my personal thoughts, and please do not quote as your professional reference :D. Be peace, my dear friends.
