I have a few suggestions based on our experience. First of all set clear your Aim.Plan everything in advance.Dont heed to criticism and avoid people who are masterminds of problems.You may get such people in your group as well.Be smart to tackle them.Also people with vested interests and hijacking nature will start acting friendly but later on they will start dominating.Dont let others dominate.Sideline those who break the decorum.People may create separate groups.But only allow and entertain those who are with you. It is easy to protect others from infiltrating but very difficult to identify the culprits with hijacking mentality in your own team..tone your eyes and ears to sense them.Whole Arena is with you.So dont try to please anyone and dont let anyone to project themselves as leaders.Even a few people tried to prevent us from using playground ...later on these cowards tried to involve in each and everything in order to get publicity.So beware! Let ladies be the organisers and only keep men to extend their support.Dont include men in your team. Be very strong and May Ambe Mata guides you all!
