Wishing you, your family & friends a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! I filmed a special Christmas video especially for you at Ocean Grove beach in Australia! https://youtube/watch?v=e69EX7kwlEo Thank you for being part of my personal development community and helping make 2014 a fantastic year for me! Ive certainly been very lucky to have spent time visiting family, friends & clients in 5 different countries this year! Its been wonderful to coach my clients and help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Im now back in Victoria, Australia and I am enjoying my 3rd summer in a row! Wow! I know - Im very lucky! I feel truly blessed to have amazing clients whom I work with and a business which I love, that comes with me wherever I go! I thank you for all your support, friendship & encouragement throughout 2014! My Top 4 Tips for this time of year are: 1. Take time out with your family to reflect upon 2014 and celebrate the highlights. Even though they may already know what youve been up to this year... Its extremely beneficial to look back and give your achievements and special moments the extra positive boost of attention and energy they deserve. (It helps manifest more of them too!) 2. If youve had some challenging times this year... remember that there is a seed of opportunity in every challenge we face and its where we can find our biggest personal growth. If you need some help finding yours in your particular situation, please let me know. 3. As the new year rolls around make some plans for 2015, but I dont recommend resorting to just standard planning, try to take on the perspective of designing your life! How would you ideally like it to be? The important thing here is NOT to get tripped up with all the reasons why you CANT have what you want! (More on this in 2015...:-) 4. And finally.... if one of your relatives happens to frustrate you this festive period... as I hear a lot do! Instead of getting hot under the collar give them LOVE! Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage... Lao Tzu. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! Thanks for watching and I look forward to seeing you in 2015! Until then, enjoy every moment...
