With luck. our (hard) winter here in Berlin may soon be over. Today it will go up to 3 degrees and for the next ten days it will hover between 4-10 degrees. With temperatures like this, this should take care of the one or two cms of snow that we have on the ground and make it go away for good within the next day or so. It is not nice to have snow for over a week now (most Berliners are probably not used to it - even if it was only a centimeter or two). All in all so far this year we had perhaps two days of minus 15 temperatures (that was with the windchill) and perhaps a week at night at minus ten (actual temperature). Maybe the outdoor beer gartens will open up early this year!
