With the FIT4MOM April Crunch Fest starting today, here is a video of a crunch (with a chest press). A couple things to keep in mind when performing your crunches are: 1. Keep chin off your chest-imagine an apple or an orange between your chin and chest 2. Lead with your rib cage towards your hips, and relax your neck & jaw 3. As you come up into your crunch, draw your belly button towards your spine 4. Keep your hands behind your head and elbows out wide 5. B R E A T H E :)
