With the hurt of each attachment, and the grief of the parting of a loved one, and the sadness accompanied by the over thinking of what they said the day before, and the loneliness whilst being with your friends, with all of that, comes the ultimate assurance that this is all from Him. I mean, what isnt? Hes proving to you that nothing is worth your time except your relationship with Him. The only one worth the grief and attachment is Him, because simply Hes the only one thats never ever leaving. The conviction and credence that with every hardship comes ease, made me believe so much that the only ease there is, is being with Him. إنا لله و إنا إليه راجعون as a way of life instead of a statement of condolence.
