Woke up not feeling like working out but I hit the pavement anyway telling myself that even a slow run is better than no run. I ended up beating my previous time and following up with a kettle bell bell and trx workout when I got home and feeling better than ever! This just goes to show you that if you only work on the days you feel good youll never know or reach your full potential. Something, ANYTHING, is better than nothing and who knows what just a little bit can turn into. Now make this a nonzero day. Do ONE THING to get you even a baby step closer to who you want to be.. even if youre not feeling it just a baby step will make you feel a little better, and help the rest of the hour, day, week be less stressed and more motivating. In order to do what others cant (including your previous selves), you must do what others wont!
