“Words of Encouragement” He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust." Ps 91:1-2 Psalms 91 is so wonderful; it talks about the safety of abiding in the presence of God. Wednesday night I stood in the gap for someone that needed healing and the presence of God was so strong I couldn’t stand up and I was lying on the floor and I heard “I Stood the Gap for You” I cried like a baby: When we do for others it comes back in so many ways. I thought about my Mother working as a nurse in the nursing home and she now is reaping all her labor of love in so many ways (private room, favor, family doing for her) and my Mother in law went to the nursing home visiting her mother-in-law and cooking then taking her favorite food to her and she had to drive first to Magnolia, AR. Then closer in Haynesville La. where my Dad was administrator and my mother a nurse and she also is being taking such good care of by her family. We just returned from visiting our Mothers and both are doing well and it’s all these years of them abiding with the Lord. Especially in your lather years you have to depend on the Word (Jesus), we all let each other down and we don’t do it all right, but if we were perfect as Mother would say we would be in heaven. Love the last part of this Psalms 91 verses 14-16 "Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation." Now that’s encouraging and as my husband would say; if that doesn’t excited you your wood is to wet to be fired up. I am fired up and excited to see each day what the Lord is doing in my life and others. Pray you all have safe Holiday weekend and this is “Family Day” for our local body of believers. So enjoy your “House of Worship” Agape, Glynn Nell
