Working on a manual/guide/info book for the instructional - TopicsExpress

Working on a manual/guide/info book for the instructional assistants in our program. This year between our 2 self contained special education classrooms well have 9 full time and 1 part time paraprofessionals. Has any of my SPED friends done this before? Mily Mooc, Regina Anderson Giles, Laura Zindle, Cheryl Cropper??? Any thoughts, ideas, help on this? I dont want to seem patronizing (our staff is pretty amazing) but we also have new people joining the program and I want everything to be clear, concise and easy to find the information you need.
